The Opportunity: We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for the upkeep of a 282-unit residential property in Oakdale, MN, as well as several nearby commercial properties. You ll play a key role in maintaining our properties to the highest standards and leading a small maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: General maintenance, carpentry, and repair tasks Grounds upkeep, including snow removal Interior painting and drywall repair Plumbing and electrical maintenance (outlets, switches, fixtures) Routine janitorial tasks to keep the property clean and welcoming Maintenance of common areas and building systems Timely response to resident work orders Communicating professionally with residents during service calls Collaborate with the property management and maintenance team Ensure a safe, functional, and attractive environment for residents Other duties as need to support daily operations
