1) Perform detailed design of low and medium voltage electrical systems.
2) Develop and draft electrical drawings, including one-line,
three-line, schematic and wiring diagrams, conduit and cable
sizing/routing, and physical layouts
3) Perform electrical system studies. Conduct Arc Flash Study, Short
Circuit Analysis, Coordination Study
4) Draw one-line, three-line, electrical details and other required
drawings with Autocad
5) Complete required calculations, including AC & DC voltage drops,
circuit breakers, gauge cable & wires
6) Direct communication with clients and venders, utilizing bills of
materials and submittals to design the system based on client intention
7) Specify electrical equipment and review submittals/shop drawings
8) Perform electrical calculations by hand and using analysis software,
such as ETAP or SKM
9) Develop relay settings for SEL, GE, Beckwith, Basler, etc.
10) Review junior electrical engineers' work
