tomorrow\'s for over 100 years. Beginning with the first modern
generator, the Rehlko Automatic Power & Light, launched in 1920, Rehlko
has been an innovative leader in energy resilience. Our product range
includes engines, generators, power conversion, UPS systems, EV
components and electrification solutions, microgrid controls and
management, clean energy solutions, and much more that serve a broad
spectrum of OEM, residential, industrial, and commercial customers. Our
priorities are global: the stability from steady energy sources and
reliable back-ups. The power to be able to harness energy, and the
freedom of not being dependent on an aging centralized grid. The
confidence that clean energy solutions offer when it comes to a
sustainable world, and the commitment to keep innovating towards greater
impact. Why You Will Love this Job: Rehlko is searching for an
Electrical Test Cell Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will drive
safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost reduction, and continuous
improvement in our test cell operations. You will design and implement
advanced manufacturing processes and systems, mentor technicians and
testers, and partner with design engineering to seamlessly transition
new and modified products from concept to production-all while
optimizing the three M\'s of variation, waste, and overburden. Specific
Responsibilities Oversee production flow by ensuring that operations
meet performance goals and maintain Rehlko\'s high quality standards.
Analyze manufacturing operations to pinpoint enhancements in methods,
equipment, and layout that bolster safety and reduce costs. Develop
and implement manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment for new
and existing products to streamline transitions from design to
production. Initiate cost savings projects and mentor manufacturing
technicians using structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA,
8D/PSP, 4Q, or A3). Troubleshoot load bank structures and operational
issues by proposing and executing innovative solutions. Coordinate
new product introductions by collaborating with design engineering,
marketing, and production teams to meet new testing requirements.
