Expected salary range:
Mid-level: $ 86,000 - $ 106,00
Senior Level: $111,000- $144,000
Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401K.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for providing technical expertise in support of performing engineering problem solving activities. Possesses a high degree of knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare nuclear safety analyses and engineering evaluations independently and support Configuration management programs.
Perform engineering and technical tasks in support of nuclear plant operations.
Assure all engineering products prepared are in accordance with applicable procedures, safety analyses, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements.
Support engineering work functions.
Participate in the implementation of effective processes and techniques at appropriate levels of detail and in compliance with established programs, policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Engineering Analyst/E02
4-year technical degree (non-engineer) and a minimum 2 years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
2-year technical degree and a minimum 3 years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years applicable nuclear or related industry experience**, working knowledge of engineering processes and systems required for the specific function area
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Engineering Analyst/E03
4-year technical degree (non-engineering) and a minimum 5 years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
2-year technical degree and a minimum 7 years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
High School Diploma and a minimum 8 years nuclear experience (5 of the 8 years must be at the exempt level**)
AutoCAD experience HIGHLY preferred
Professional Engineer Registration
Advanced technical degree or related coursework
Commercial Nuclear Power Plant Experience
