American Bolt Corporation is looking for a Business Development Representative for the Green Bay, Wisconsin market, to join our team. Compensation range (base salary + quarterly bonus) in this territory is expected to be $60,000-$90,000, depending on performance and experience. The territory for this position spans around the Green Bay area - south to DePere, east to Ellison Bay, north to Land O' Lakes, and west to Wausau and Stevens Point. You must live in the territory. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnership building Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Construction industries is required AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL Identify and strategically develop new business relationships in the Green Bay market. Self-generate business as well as work with customer-provided leads to continually develop the territory. Partner with and develop existing accounts in the territory. Build lasting relationships within multiple levels of customer organizations. Identify customer needs through a deep understanding of their business. Have strong computer skills, including CRM to manage sales through defined process. Clearly communicate value proposition and develop and close opportunities proactively using sales skills. A small amount of travel to the company headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin as needed for company meetings and training. Expect up to three nights per week in New Berlin at the headquarters for the first three weeks of training.
