Our client, a small publishing design business, is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Location: Warwick, NY
Pay Range: $20 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform office management duties including following up on outstanding invoices.
Assist in shipping tasks and sending out samples to clients.
Send thank you notes and leave messages for clients considering proposals.
Act as a liaison between sales and production teams.
Set appointments for leadership and assist with various administrative tasks.
What's Needed?
Comfortable using Apple/MAC Computers and proficiency in Word, Excel, Windows 365, Teams, and shipping interfaces for UPS & FedEx.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to lift items as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to work in a pet-friendly environment.
