As a Lab Technician, you\'ll dive deep into product testing, working
hands-on with engineers and the Lab Manager to bring projects to life.
You\'ll own standard assignments and be a go-to expert for Associate Lab
Technicians, helping troubleshoot and solve everyday challenges. **If
you\'re a hands-on problem solver who thrives on innovation and

What You Will Do**
Design fixtures for accepted testing.
Mentor junior technicians on lab methods and industry best
practices.
Continuously grow your expertise through webinars and standards
reviews.
Leverage automation to streamline data collection and reporting.
Enhance test platforms by integrating measurement tools with lab
systems.
Align testing strategies with project needs using the right methods
and tools.
Conduct system test preparations by coordinating fabrications,
modifications, and setups.
Conduct tests, analyze data, and document results.
Participate in test data reviews.
What You Will Bring
Education: High school diploma required, Electrical Engineering
Technology degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is \$25 -
\$30 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a

experience, qualifications, as well as market and business
