Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility, responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate performance of routine and preventative maintenance tasks in and around the laundry facility.
Responsibilities
Maintain all plant equipment including high volume industrial washers and dryers.
Perform basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues using technical manuals and schematics.
Order necessary parts, tools, and equipment in a timely manner following company procurement policy.
Maintain a proper Daily Schedule Control for equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance schedule and record.
Conduct daily removal and processing of waste solids generated from the treatment process.
Perform equipment troubleshooting, make necessary repairs, and complete preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices for all related wastewater hardware.
Use safety precautions, follow electrical lock-out tag-out procedures for equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies for all safety, boiler, and wastewater treatment procedures.

Work Environment
First shift hours: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday. Teams of 2 with start times at 3:30 a.m. or 7:00 a.m., alternating two months per year. Expected to work six weekends per year for plant shutdowns. Minimal overtime. Travel to Milwaukee and Janesville locations once per month, with voluntary travel around the county as needed.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
