We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Binghamton, New York.
Follow up with clients, that case managers have met with to confirm if they are working and retrieve copy of paystubs, basic data entry in excel, tracking and follow up, looking up information in system and documenting.

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, administrative, or non-profit
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
