Description We are looking for a courteous and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring smooth operations at the gate house and providing assistance with directions and inquiries. This is a long-term contract position that offers consistent work in a welcoming environment within the real estate and property industry.
Responsibilities:
Operate the gate house, ensuring secure access for residents and non-members.
Greet visitors and provide clear directions to facilities such as the pro shop and fitness center.
Maintain a polite and detail-oriented demeanor while interacting with all residents and guests.
Answer multi-line phone systems to assist with inquiries and provide information.
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of visitor logs and gate access activities.
Provide concierge-style services to enhance visitor experience.
Collaborate with team members to address resident concerns effectively.
Uphold the organization's standards for attention to detail and presentation at all times. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or customer service roles.
Ability to confidently operate a multi-line phone system.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on polite and detail-oriented communication.
Familiarity with concierge services or property management is preferred.
Excellent organizational abilities to handle visitor logs and administrative tasks.
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work scheduled hours consistently.
Ability to maintain a composed appearance and demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
