Description
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team in Lansdale, Pennsylvania area. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage complex scheduling, including meetings, travel arrangements, and special events for senior executives.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Prepare, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Organize and facilitate logistics for executive meetings, committee gatherings, and corporate events.
Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
Assist in project management activities, supporting cross-functional initiatives and tracking progress.
Compile and prepare board materials, leadership reports, and other documentation for executive review.
Perform general administrative tasks to enhance organizational efficiency and support.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and modern collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom.
Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to the organization's goals and values.
