Overview
General Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Also generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.

Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions : (Other duties may be assigned)
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Maintain the master schedule
Complete leave requests
Support Badging efforts.
Working with recruiting to support hiring efforts and provided weekly headcount reports.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.
Must also possess and utilize listening skills.

Computer Skills:
Employee must have experience working with Microsoft Office software applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
General Company Requirements:
Employee must comply with the Company's uniform and grooming standards and must wear his or her SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times.

Education:
College degree or similar work experience preferred.
Experience:
At least 1 year of administrative experience required.
Experience recruiting for a large company preferred.
Previous aviation industry experience preferred.
Overall:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must submit to and pass a drug screening.
Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge, and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.
