Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
Join our team as an Electrical Foreman, where you will lead projects on various commercial sites in Richmond, VA. We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage and guide crews effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage crews of 2-20 personnel on commercial construction projects.
Ensure that electrical installations and wiring are completed according to blueprints and safety standards.
Run conduit and perform necessary installations and wiring tasks.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in the electrical trade, specifically in commercial projects.
1+ year of experience managing crews of 2-20 members.
Proficient in running conduit and understanding of construction blueprints.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a crew of at least three people.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Journeyman certification preferred but not required.
Clean driving record is a must.

Work Environment
Work on various construction sites across Richmond in a variety of weather conditions, ensuring safety at all times. The standard shift is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ASHLAND, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
