Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting journeymen or mechanic electricians with various tasks such as running pipe, hand bending conduit, performing terminations, pulling wire, and installing wiring systems. The position offers an opportunity to work on new construction projects, specifically a distribution center, and involves dealing with electrical systems ranging from 120 to 480 volts.
Responsibilities
Assist in running pipe (3/4" or 1" EMT)
Hand bend conduit/pipe
Perform electrical terminations
Pull wire, install wire, and wire panels, switch gear, and generators
Conduct lighting, service work, and troubleshooting
Essential Skills
Experience with electrical systems and components
Ability to work with conduit bending and terminations
Proficiency in pulling wire and installing wiring systems
Knowledge of working with 120-480 volts electrical systems
4+ years of relevant experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
No certifications required
Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
