We are helping our customer in the emergency vehicle industry who is in search of remote inside sales representatives. We are looking for two qualified and driven individuals who could cover a designated sales region. This job has a base plus commission compensation package that is highly competitive. The candidate would be working in a niche market with highly accessible and easily identifiable customers. Along with intensive training, support, and the market the candidate will be working in, the path to a 6-figure income is clear and able to be accomplished within 2 years.
This will be a fun job. You can look forward to traveling to trade shows, conventions and occasionally to meet your customers. You will be working with a small sales team at a young and growing company.
The pay and commission structure is very straightforward and will be explained in the initial interview.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct sales outreach, including cold calls and emails, to identify and
engage potential customers
● Create and deliver detailed quotes and estimates tailored to customer needs.
● Gather critical information to build and maintain customer profiles and fleet data
● Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to coordinate in-person meetings and
support larger sales efforts
● Participate in virtual meetings with customers and internal teams via Google
Meet
● Maintain detailed records and manage customer interactions using a CRM
system
● Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve performance, and meet sales
goals
● Represent the customer at industry trade shows as required
Qualifications:
● 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
● Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and lead generation techniques
● Strong ability to create customized quotes and estimates
● Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain organized records
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on sales trends
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual and in-person
engagements
● Availability to travel for trade shows and customer events on an as needed basis
● Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
