Administrative Assistant Job Description:
Answering and directing phone calls
Creating a welcoming environment for customers coming into the shop.
Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintaining contact and client lists.
Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Developing and maintaining a filling system
Ordering office supplies and maintaining a budget.
Providing support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
And all other duties as requested.
