We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to provide administrative support for Edward Jones Trust Company and our High Net-Worth Segment capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of work, including but not limited to:
Preparing and delivering responses (both written and verbal) on behalf of leaders, requiring advanced knowledge of relevant subject matter.
Preparing the leader for meetings and obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, reports, and/or meetings.
Preparing meeting materials and assisting with the development of presentations.
Developing, editing, proofreading, and formatting documents for presentation.
Providing support to external board members, including coordinating Edward Jones Trust Company Board meetings and firm governance support.
Supporting three areas aligned to high-net-worth capabilities, including the general partners responsible for those areas.
Utilizing knowledge of the firm's organizational structure, forums, division functions, and current initiatives to make appropriate connection points and update the leader(s) as necessary.
Onboarding of new associates and support as technology changes occur.
Other administrative support for three general partners including travel coordination and calendar/meeting support.
Qualifications for this role include a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5-8 years of related experience. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer service orientation are essential for handling internal and external contacts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional is required. The candidate should be able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision, act as an informal resource for associates with less experience and possess proactive problem-solving skills for non-routine issues. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
