Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist in various tasks related to our lifting solutions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating inspections, repairs, and maintenance services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and equipment inspections.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing inventory.
Coordinate with Crane and Hoist Technicians as needed
Prepare and distribute documents as needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
