Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Organize and maintain files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Assist with creating and editing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing phone calls and emails.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial tasks to support the department.
Take initiative in identifying process improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Previous administrative support experience is preferred (2+ years ideal, but experience requirements may vary based on company needs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology and equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mentality.
Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
