Description
Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate calendars and ensure effective time management across departments.
Assist with general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventories.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate contacts as needed.
Organize and maintain records, documents, and files to ensure compliance and accessibility.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as required by team leaders.
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth department operations and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent educational background; familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Personality: Positive, resourceful, and adaptable individual with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office management or administrative support are a plus.
