THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Part-Time Graphic Designer with strong production experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution—resizing, prepping, and finalizing creative assets across various platforms. You will:
- Execute production design tasks including resizing, file preparation, and asset finalization for print and digital
- Adapt existing creative designs for multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, web, print)
- Organize and maintain design files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in asset delivery
- Collaborate with creative leads and marketing partners to meet brand and platform specifications
- Troubleshoot file or formatting issues and ensure output meets technical and quality standards
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with asset delivery for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and email service providers
- Exceptional attention to detail and a love for organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with brand guidelines and formatting specifications
- Experience working freelance
