Salary: $16.32 minimum; TBD based on education and experience. Benefits package with $20,000 Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance, Options for single or family medical, dental, and/or vision insurance with applicable employee contributions.
Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships)
Provide support as directed to the TLCS System, TLCS staff, and the Learning and Results department.
Answers routine telephone and email inquiries regarding including, but not limited to TLCS, HR and Learning and Results programs and procedures
Maintains office supply inventory in line with TLCS plan
Assists TLCS Lead Support Teachers and Learning and Results department with projects as needed
To provide support for Infinite Campus and State Reporting
Problem solve solutions and find efficiencies
Pro-actively communicates with supervisor
Works well as a team member and creates a warm and accepting environment
Attends meetings as needed and takes notes; including TLCS Quarterly Oversight meetings after regular hours
Provides support with professional development opportunities.
Provides direct support to the TLCS Lead Support Teachers by maintaining confidential records, create and maintain databases, disseminate information and correspondence, maintain communication with other local school districts and AEAs, assist with multiple projects and initiatives of the TLCS grant
Maintains TLCS and Beginning Educator rosters, account login information, and calendar
Maintains TLCS full release teachers assigned to ASC for absences in Frontline
Manages and maintains content for TLCS website and district page
Develops and Maintains several data bases and generates reports
Manages entire Student Teacher Placement system and keeps contracts with universities up to date
Monitors attendance of TLCS and New Teacher meetings and coordinates make up opportunities
Arrange Conference and travel arrangements for Teachers
Coordinate and manage In-District Travel
Manages and processes time sheets for professional learning opportunities
Supports data tracking aligned to TLCS state goals
Collaborates on support for Campus and state reporting files
Coordinates interview/hiring committees, processes, and materials
Works with HR in hiring/continuation/resignation information of TLCS staff
Manages TLCS Budget and prepares purchase orders
Adhere to Board policies and work rules
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY ADMINISTRATION.

Effective communication skills including expertise in written and verbal communication including correct grammar.
Documentation of extended learning experience beyond high school diploma (e.g. college coursework, certifications, AA or BA)
Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Exchange/Calendar, and other technology based systems
Proven expertise in taking the initiative to accomplish projects
