Our client, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their group of Information Technology professionals. They are located in North Charleston. The pay range is $21 - $24 an hour.
Responsibilities are listed below:
Greet and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, in person, by phone and by email.
Escort guests in secured spaces as needed.
Issue visitor badges.
Interact and coordinate services with office vendors.
Be accountable for administrative office management duties such as mailing, shipping, receiving office supplies and equipment, and errands.
Ensure kitchen and office supplies are stocked and maintained.
Assist in scheduling conference rooms as needed.
Support conferences and other meetings to include coordinating space access for guests, arranging for specific conference room requirements, and arranging for any needed catering services.
Provide administrative support to all departments in the Headquarters office.
Act/work with strict level of confidentiality on behalf of the Executive Team.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in administrative office management duties.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent vocabulary and writing skills.
A self-starting work approach and flexibility.
The ability to recognize tasks needing to be completed and drive to complete them (or coordinate to have them done).
