Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Precision Welding Solutions Division supporting senior-level leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for multitasking, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Event Planner
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide administrative support for senior level leaders, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage and arrange meetings and events, including catering and logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team, both domestically and internationally.
Maintain office supply inventory and manage general office duties.
Handle mail distribution and greet customers/vendors with professionalism.
What's Needed?
Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in event planning and high-level administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Associates degree preferred, but not required.
