Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner® and Turnpike® Catheters, AC3 Optimus Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl® Powered Bone Access System. Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant & Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing general administrative support across the organization. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills to ensure a professional and efficient office environment.
Principal Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations, including opening/closing lobby on time each day.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls/emails.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Follow established safety protocols in the event of an emergency.
Maintain security by following procedures and providing visitors with badges.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Coordinate catering for various employee meetings & events.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
JOIN/Activities Committee Ambassador- coordinating office events and internal communications.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Expense management & reports as needed.
Train backup receptionists.
Other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements
High School diploma required
1 year of relevant experience required
Associate degree preferred
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Ability to provide a positive interface for company to the public
Aptitude with all MS Office programs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, close attention to detail
Ability to work independently or on a team
Ability to interact professionally with all employees while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
Ability to work with minimal supervision
The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $48,600.00 - $68,000.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position," and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
