Description

We are hiring a Bookkeeper for a small-to-mid-sized business client. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions and update the general ledger

Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Coordinate with external accountants for tax prep and audits

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics)

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented and deadline-focused

Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
