Description
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will handle full-cycle AP responsibilities and ensure timely, accurate payment processing.
Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and verify invoices and expense reports
Match purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies
Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
Maintain vendor records and ensure W-9 compliance
Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding issues
Assist with month-end accruals and reporting
Requirements
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
Knowledge of 3-way match process
High attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
