Clinical Magnet is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join one of our Rehabilitation partners in Northwestern Oregon.
Requirements:
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy License Required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective Occupational Therapy services by implementing appropriate evaluation, treatment, and education, designed to meet the identified needs and functional goals of the patient.
Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families/caregivers, and team members.
Promotes teamwork

76-112k/yr dependent on experience
Department Information:
The Physical Therapy team evaluates and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. We also offer a variety of services in the areas of sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.
