Direct Hire Chronic Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Role $134,000-$153,000 per year in Forks, Washington

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not contract).
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough and comprehensive evaluations to understand the physical, psychological, and social aspects of a patient's chronic pain
Developing personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy referrals, interventional pain procedures, and patient education
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Key Requirements:
Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice
Strong, advanced knowledge of Pain Management practices and therapies
Minimum of two (2) years experience as an ARNP in a clinic setting
Compensation and Schedule:
Salary range beginning at $134K but can be considerably higher based on years of experience, education, and certifications

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am-5:30 pm (4-10 hour shifts)
