This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not contract).
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the financial, human, and other resources for the facilitation of exceptional patient care
Actively participates in unit performance improvement activities.
Directs the staffing and administration of a nursing unit or floor.
Encourage and maintain a team culture that encourages and rewards excellence in patient care.
Key Requirements:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
Master's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Administration or related field required
At least ten (10) years of nursing experience, also to include five (5) years' experience of hospital clinical practice, and demonstrated leadership management capabilities
At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience within a hospital setting
ANCC Certification NE-BC (Preferred)
TNCC Certification (Preferred)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Covid Vaccination is a requirement unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption
Compensation and Schedule:
Salary range beginning around $147K but can be considerably higher based on years of experience, education, and certifications
