Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is partnering with one of our largest clients to find a Regional Patient Access Manager in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Responsibilities of the Regional Patient Access Manager:
Working closely with the Enterprise VP, overseeing patient access operations across multiple facilities
Assure smooth and efficient functioning of patient access teams including but not limited to registration, insurance verification, and patient liabilities
Requirements for the Regional Patient Access Manager:
10+ experience in patient access, physician practice management, or healthcare administration
5+ years of progressive, healthcare leadership experience
Proven background creating and managing KPIs for patient access team members
Full Revenue Cycle knowledge in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines related to patient access/insurance
Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred but not required
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Regional Patient Access Manager:
Salary starting around $85,000-$120,000 (based on experience)
Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
Schedule is M-F
