Data Analyst
Location: Bengaluru, India (Full-time)

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen our analytics ecosystem and drive insights across industries that demand trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Infrastructure & Management: Build, maintain, and optimize secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving data pipelines.
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights that drive AI solution development and governance decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and deliver high-impact dashboards, reports, and visualizations to internal teams and clients.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with governance and compliance teams to ensure data practices align with ethical, legal, and institutional standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI engineers, product managers, blockchain experts, and compliance leads to integrate data-driven insights into enterprise AI solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
- Tech Stack: Strong skills in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; bonus: familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Data Handling Expertise: Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Team Fit: Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven team.
