Speak Your Mind (SYM) is a UNSDG-certified, award-winning EdTech platform redefining life skills education for school students across India. We build SaaS and AI-powered solutions that equip children from pre-KG to 10th grade with essential 21st-century skills—financial literacy, communication, civic awareness, and beyond.
We're backed by national recognition, trusted by governments (Naan Mudhalvan Scheme, G20 India partners), and poised to scale with the launch of our flagship experiential LMS—SymeX—an AI + Web3 integrated platform focused on personalized, neuro-adaptive learning.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a technical co-founder (CTO) who is ready to commit full-time to the vision and execution of SYM. As the core tech leader, you will:
Lead the development of SymeX LMS (AI + Web3 stack).
Build and manage a scalable product architecture (preferably Django + AWS + OpenAI + Blockchain layer).
Oversee product security, data models (based on Gardner’s MI and Freud’s Theory), and performance optimization.
Translate business goals into tech strategy and execution.
Build and manage the in-house/outsourced tech team.
Own and evolve the product roadmap in collaboration with the founding team.
Contribute an initial investment (amount negotiable) and take ownership as a founding partner.

You Should Be
A full-stack or backend-first developer with 5+ years of experience.
Fluent in Python (Django), APIs, AWS/Azure, and AI integrations (OpenAI preferred).
Comfortable with Web3 fundamentals (blockchain, NFTs, data immutability).
Experienced in scaling SaaS/LMS products or edtech tools.
Passionate about education, impact, and inclusive digital learning.
Willing to invest in both time and money (equity-share discussed post interest).
