About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Admin & Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of crypto and blockchain. You will be responsible for managing our community channels, engaging with our audience, handling content calendars, and executing social strategies to grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Community Management
- Moderate and engage with users on Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Build, nurture, and grow an active and loyal community.
- Address user questions, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify and work with crypto influencers and community ambassadors.
2.Social Media Management
- Develop and manage weekly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, memes, and campaign strategies for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics, and optimize performance.
- Run contests, AMAs, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns.
3.Content Support
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for creatives, videos, and infographics.
- Write captions, short-form content, and responses tailored to the crypto audience.
4.Crypto Knowledge
- Stay updated with industry trends, tokens, and market movements.
- Communicate project updates, roadmaps, and token utility in a clear, community-friendly way.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community and/or social media management.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
- Experience managing Telegram and Discord channels.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of internet culture and crypto trends.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with early-stage crypto projects or DAOs.(optional)
- Familiarity with tools like, Notion, Canva, chatgpt.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
