Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hiring for B2B/B2C sales roles across entry to mid-level positions, with a strong understanding of the sales talent landscape and market dynamics
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales roles – from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout to onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements, business goals, and candidate profiles.
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top sales talent.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical and volume hiring.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates’ communication, persuasion, and selling skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback rounds with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR and business teams on offer negotiations and onboarding plans.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1 year in Sales hiring
- Strong understanding of inside sales, field sales, and enterprise sales roles
- Familiarity with sourcing and screening tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
