We at Coforge are hiring Airlines Program Manager with the following skillset:
- Experience: Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in delivering fixed-price product development programs.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing development teams of more than 100 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs).
- Project Oversight: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple development projects to ensure efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Integrated Plan & Strategy: Create and implement integrated project plans to achieve program goals, ensuring timely delivery of multiple managed services programs within budget.
- Goal and KPI Definition: Define goals, SLAs, and KPIs for multiple development projects, aligning them with overall engagement objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for multiple projects within the program, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and projects are completed within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met. Lead monthly project meetings with stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the progress of projects, evaluate performance, provide transparent reporting, and make necessary adjustments in case of deviations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support program managers and teams to ensure successful project deliveries.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Resourcing & Knowledge Management: Responsible for hiring the right skill sets, planning and training resources for knowledge gaps, and implementing an effective knowledge management framework within the projects.
