Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities within the cinema advertising space.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present advertising solutions to potential clients and negotiate advertising contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Market Analysis:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the advertising landscape within the cinema industry.
- Analyse market data and identify areas of opportunity to tailor advertising solutions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
Client Communication:
- Provide excellent customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to share with the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as team targets in the advertising industry, with at least 12+ years of sales experience.
- Media sales team handling experience.
- Strong understanding of the cinema and advertising industry, including knowledge of various advertising formats and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
