Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Biller join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with DMV regulations.
Responsibilities Automotive Biller
-Thorough knowledge of DMV / Verify System is mandatory
-Processing all NYS, and DMV transactions including In-Transit Plate in timely manner
-Billing, retail, wholesale, and dealer trade deals & swap
-Resolve all DMV problems including Lien, title and lease buyouts
-Manage plates / MV-50 books/inventory
-Posting DMV checks including Out-Of-State / applying for duplicate title
-Stocking in new/used cars in inventory
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in accounting/billing
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles/DMV regulations
- Experience with financial/DMV software and systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
