Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Initially 40 hours/week for ~6 months; may transition to 20 hours/week.
About the Role:
We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a Graphic Designer to support our product marketing managers with a high volume of projects. You'll transform technical content into visually compelling materials, working directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and aligning with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Collaborate closely with product marketing managers to turn content and messaging into professional visuals
- Ensure consistency with brand standards by partnering with the brand team
- Prioritize multiple design requests and manage deadlines effectively
- Help elevate and polish technical or complex content for external audiences
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (B2B or manufacturing industry experience a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing content, digital and print assets
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable receiving input from multiple stakeholders and iterating on feedback
- Bonus: Experience writing or refining copy
This is a W2 position.
