Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
You will serve as the front line of customer service for current and prospective residents. You will collaborate with the Community Manager on resident relations initiatives and perform various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Lease apartments to prospective residents, including conducting initial meetings, providing tours, screening applications, and scheduling move-ins and move-outs.
Administer work orders and manage apartment turnovers.
Maintain organization of the office, lobby, and clubhouse.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to enter data, create documents, and schedule appointments.
Enter information into databases and create presentations.
Update the company website and manage social media sites with online advertising.
Stay informed on market conditions and understand how the property compares to competitors.
Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws.
Manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and schedules.
Achieve leasing quotas.
Essential Skills
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Experience in sales and customer service.
Strong data entry and administrative skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
GED required.
At least one year of experience in a sales environment.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Work Environment
This is a floater position between three communities in SW Portland. The role involves working standard office hours, with responsibilities that include walking around facilities to provide tours. The schedule is a Wednesday-Sunday position with Monday and Tuesday off.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
