Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
This role is within the Global Vehicles department, a newly formed group that handles projects for global vehicles and ground support equipment. The Specialist will manage all asset management onboarding within the asset management system. This includes updating vehicle locations, entering specifications, and transferring assets. The role involves maintaining and updating system information due to recent business changes.
Responsibilities
Handle all asset management onboarding within the asset management system.
Update vehicle locations and enter vehicle specifications.
Transfer assets to new locations as needed.
Maintain and update information in the system.
Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma required
At least 1-2 years of Administrative/Office support experience
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient data entry experience and ability to navigate multiple screens/systems at a time
Attention to detail and ability to work on a team
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a parts administrator or in asset management is highly preferred
Work Environment
The position is based in an office cubicle. The role involves working within a team and requires a high level of attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.39 - $25.39/hr.
