The Skills You Will Bring:
Proven project management expertise , with a track record of supporting teams and keeping complex efforts on track from start to finish.
Working knowledge of HSE and/or HR processes, systems, and change management best practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to influence across all levels and craft clear, compelling project updates.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and simplify complex information.
Technologically proficient , comfortable using project management tools and performing light system updates in cloud-based platforms.
Self-motivated and adaptable , with 3-5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.
Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment , ideally in the pulp and paper industry with a safety focus preferred.
