JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As an Administrative Assistant
Sr. in the Graduate School you will perform routine and advanced
administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth
knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, under general
direction. Primary Functions Maintain Dean\'s calendar; coordinate
schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related
arrangements. Coordinate written correspondence in collaboration with
the Dean Compile and process awards that support learner travel Monitor
Graduate School general email inbox and reply appropriately or forward
for additional feedback, which may contain confidential information
Process department purchases, expense reports and invoices Assist with
functions of Graduate Studies Counsel as needed. Collaborate on planning
and implementation of Graduate School events Use complex functions of a
variety of computer applications and software packages. Proofread and
format documents to ensure accuracy. Compile data and information from
multiple sources to prepare reports. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of computers, clerical
procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information
management. Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication,

equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: High school diploma Minimum
