Engineer in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to
meet the challenges of a rapidly changing Industrial and Advanced
Manufacturing industry through design and improvement of electrical
systems for all @types of facilities. Here\'s why we need you: In this
role, you will be involved in a variety of exciting engineering-led
projects with the design of industrial/manufacturing facilities, testing
facilities, automotive and aerospace facilities, energy and utility
facilities, and plant betterment projects. Expertise of our most
successful Electrical Project Engineer: BSEE (or other engineering
discipline with applicable experience). 10+ years of experience in the
consulting engineering industry for process/manufacturing facilities,
industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions,
or governmental facilities. Ability to develop scope of work, conceptual
design, detailed design, and execution plans. Ability to support
proposals and assist in client sales presentations. Perform Lead
Engineer duties on multi-discipline projects. Provide leadership,
guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Experience with communicating with clients, partners and individuals at
all levels within an organization. Effective skills to help you
flourish: Professional Engineering License (PE) in one or more states.
Advanced knowledge of power distribution systems including specification
of medium voltage (15kV - 69kV+) equipment, power systems fault and
