Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are in search of two CNC maintenance technicians to monitor CNC production
This individual will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various machinery
Responsibilities
Monitor CNC production
Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery
Perform preventive maintenance
Conduct changeovers and machine setups
Essential Skills
3+ years of electrical troubleshooting up to 480v
Understanding of servo motors and ability to repair, replace, and maintain them
Ability to manipulate programs within the CNC machine
Experience with circuits, relays, switches, motors, panels, fuses, and fuse boxes
AC/DC motor repair and replacement
Sensor replacement and repair
3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting
Experience with CNC-related mechanical repairs
Knowledge of CNC tooling, offsets, and setups
Experience with replacement and repair of CNC washers
Maintenance involving coolant replacement and valve changes
Shifts
Openings on multiple shifts
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
