Provide administrative support for faculty-led programming; collaborate with program coordinators and assistant directors to coordinate processes for all aspects of faculty-led program administration. Support the assistant director for faculty-led programs with project management related to faculty-led team workflows and scheduling. Support communications associated with faculty-led processes and their constituents, including managing Canvas sites as a student resource and other communication and project management tools for students, faculty, and campus partners.Responsible for the administration of the course inventory system and the course schedule process for all faculty-led programs in conjunction with the Office of the Registrar and education abroad units embedded in departments/colleges and schools.Coordinate administrative support for Departmentally Administered Faculty-Led (DAFL) programs in collaboration with assistant directors. Responsible for the DAFL Canvas site, email reminders, submission of financial aid budgets, and coordination of informational meetings to support DAFL faculty directors. In addition to the above responsibilities, provide greater coordination for DAFL programs transitioning to Education Abroad, including reviewing applications, updating program budgets, and coordinating program elements with providers.Responsible for student records compliance, checking for required elements at the point of application and pre-departure, and sending student reminders as needed. Collaborate with program coordinators and the Global Risk and Safety unit to ensure student compliance as needed.Oversee the registration category, Independent Study and Research. Correspond with students and departments to ensure timely admissions, registration, and pre-departure forms completion. Collaborate with Global Risk and Safety and insurance coordinator as needed.Support the functions of the Sr. Administrative Associate (SAA) when out of the office or when additional support is needed. Tasks include but are not limited to support with answering the main email and phone, administrative functions of the IIE Fulbright Student Award campus process, bi-annual education abroad fair and coordinating meetings or taking notes at meetings in the absence of the SAA.Contribute to broader faculty-led and Education Abroad activities including staff meetings, special projects, and committees, or other administration functions as needed and/or directed.
