Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive team. The role involves coordinating meeting logistics, supporting company culture initiatives, and acting as a go-to resource for employees across the organization. Additionally, you will maintain digital filing systems, ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information, support meeting preparation, and arrange travel and accommodations for visitors.
Responsibilities
Coordinate meeting logistics, including support for the Executive team.
Contribute to the planning and execution of company culture initiatives.
Act as a go-to resource for employees across the organization.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items.
Arrange travel and accommodations for visitors as needed.
Provide support to Human Resources, including coordination of routine tasks or communications.
Collaborate with colleagues to draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and memos.
Manage office supply orders and coordinate with vendors for office services.
Handle incoming phone calls and other general administrative duties.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts.
Essential Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office setting, or in a role demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
2-4 years of progressively responsible administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities independently.
High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a commitment to excellent service.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting a C-suite level executive.
Logistics experience in some capacity.
Work Environment
The role requires working in the office full-time, with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed. We offer a collaborative culture, room for growth, and a flexible workplace.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
