St. Joseph Residential Care Homein Burlington, VT is seeking a hands-on,
experienced individual for the role ofMaintenance Supervisor. This
position offers a\$1500*sign on bonus. TheMaintenance
Supervisorposition is responsible for facility, equipment, and building
operations to ensure good working order and compliance with all
government regulations. TheMaintenance Supervisorwill develop and
oversee a comprehensive program for the operation of the physical plant,
grounds, and ensures best practices are followed. Applicants should have
experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and the
use of tools. In theMaintenance Supervisorposition, your priority is the
safety and comfort of residents as you complete a variety of tasks to
maintain the building and grounds, in a clean, safe, orderly and
pleasing appearance.
AMaintenance Supervisormust be caring and compassionate as he/she will
be working closely with residents and employees. TheMaintenance
Supervisorposition isfull time,40 hours per week or for apart
timecandidate, 20 hours per week with weekend and on call availability.
