Description
Provide first-line technical support and customer service for incoming IT-related queries.
Answer phones, resolve basic support tickets, and escalate to appropriate team members as needed.
Assist sales and deployment teams with order status, software support, and RMA processing.
Rotate through training with teams in deployment, shipping, repair, and testing for onboarding.
Grow into an account management role with continued performance and cross-functional exposure.

Requirements
5 years of customer support or IT helpdesk experience preferred.
Excellent phone presence, documentation habits, and attention to detail.
CRM familiarity (Accumattica or similar); willingness to train is acceptable.
Polished, professional, and adaptable to a collaborative, family-oriented culture.
