Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
In this position, you will work in a shop alongside three other technicians to service industrial trucks. You will primarily focus on servicing cranes, including Manitex and IMT models. The role requires hydraulic and electrical experience, with occasional work on connectors and compressors. Diagnostic skills are essential, as you will hook up laptops to run diagnostics and identify issues. While minor welding experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement for the position. The role involves minimal chassis work and no engine or transmission work. All truck installations and builds are done at the Hopkins, MN location, while the Fargo location is dedicated to service and repairs.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair issues on industrial trucks using laptops for diagnostics.
Service and repair hoses, aerials, booms, and pivots.
Work on hydraulic and electrical systems, connectors, and compressors.
Perform minor welding tasks as needed.
Transition to a field service role after gaining sufficient shop experience, which includes on-the-road repairs and higher pay.

Work Environment
Shop environment with a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility around family schedules. Field service roles may require travel from Monday to Friday in surrounding states.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
